Excellent customer service and stocking shower flexi boards.

Sent wrong item, but rectified my order and shipped the right one in time for the tiler. I even received detailed installation video and got to keep the wrong one. Thank you for looking after your customers!

Ordered a Wetroom shower base (former) from them and was sent the wrong product. They were very easy to deal with and willing to rectify the situation right away.
I also had trouble fitting it and they helped so much to give advice on how to fit. I haven't had it fit yet so I can't comment on the product till I do.

However, my experience with tilefix so far has been great and seems like they are willing to go the extra mile. I'll try to remember to update this review after using the shower former
