This trim is a stainless steel profile used for inserting glass partition walls into the floor.
This trim is used on the inside of the shower tray with a 2% slope, on the left or right side of the tray with drain.
This trim is a perfect aesthetic solution for the entire inclined surface. It also conceals the visible edge of the inclined surface in perspective to the remaining floor plane.
Trim consists of two elements:

profile masking the descent
